Composition:The plant consists of the vibrating feeder, the jaw crusher, the cone crusher, the impact crusher, the VSI crusher, the vibrating screen, the belt conveyor, the sand washing machine, the sand collecting plant, the power controller, etc.

Working principle:Firstly, the material is fed into the crusher for primary crushing by the vibrating feeder. Secondly, the crushed material is carried into the sand-making machine for fine crushing by the belt conveyor. Afterwards, the crushed material conveyed by the belt conveyor is screened by vibrating screen. Required sizes are transported by the belt, washed in the sand washing machine and carried out by the belt in the end. However, the rest on the vibrating screen will return to the sand-making machine for further crushing until it reaches required sizes. The installation of the plant can be customized. A separator and a cleaner are optional if the process is operated in a dry condition.
